• Immediately suspend or close all accounts associated with the player;
• Void all bets, wagers, and transactions made through duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit all winnings and bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts;

3.2 Accurate Information

phspin22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• At our sole discretion for operational or regulatory reasons.

Upon termination, all bonuses and pending bets will be forfeited. phspin22 will return any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonuses) to you via your verified payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to phspin22.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phspin22 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
